Pixelfast offers a free tool to help you research the prices that advertisers are paying for clicks. It queries the Overture pricing tool and presents the information in a usable format.

Overture Bids Tools
To find out what various advertisers are paying for clicks for different key words, try the Overture Bid Tool. You can type in key words, and Overture will tell you what the current bid is.
Of course, this tool only gives you the pricing for Overture, but it’s probably save to assume that prices are similar on other programs such as Google Adsense.
