1st Page 2000 Free Edition
The first rule of making cash on the internet is not to spend any more doing it than you have to. That’s why I recommend that you use WordPress—a free content management (blog) system—as the backbone of your site.
However, if you want to do anthing more complicated, you are going to need an html editor. Once again, there are a host of free editors out there.
One that I have tried and liked is Evr Soft’s 1st Page 2000 html editor. It’s very easy to use because of its wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) operation, and all of the built-in scripts and wizards.
