Yahoo To Launch Adsense Competitor

Competition is good.

According to this article in the Silicon Valley Watcher, Yahoo now is testing a program designed to compete with AdSense. There’s no word, however, on whether it would be for small publishers, so there’s no telling whether or not it will be useful for our purposes.

Here’s an article on a Yahoo alternative to Google Adsense. Competition is a good thing, and this can only be a good thing for web publishers and advertisers. Google and Yahoo will have to compete for publishers and this will drive up prices.
